dc.description[ES] En este trabajo se analiza, a partir de los datos procedentes de 234 estaciones meteorológicas, tanto la concentración de las precipitaciones anuales y mensuales como su agresividad climática en la Comunidad Valenciana. Utilizando métodos geoestadísticos se obtiene la regionalización de la variable de manera que se puedan observar las diferencias de su distribución espacial. Inicialmente, se aplica el Indice de Concentración de las Precipitaciones (PCI) de Oliver para la estimación anual y, posteriormente, se desarrollan índices, a partir de las lluvias mensuales y el PCI obtenido, para analizar la variabilidad mensual. La evaluación de la agresividad climática se realiza con el índice modificado de Fournier (MFI). Para el proceso de cálculo, regionalización y tratamiento de los datos se ha recurrido a técnicas propias de los Sistemas de Información Geográfica (SIG).-
dc.description[EN] The present paper analyses, based on 234 weather stations, the concentration of annual and monthly together with annual rainfall erosivity for the Valencia Region (Spain). In order to obtain spatial distributions geostatistical techniques have been applied to the original punctual data. Initially, the Oliver Precipitation Concentration Index (PCI) has been implemented for the annual interpretation. Using monthly rainfall and the estimated PCI indexes have been developed in order to obtain a more detailed information of the monthly rainfall concentration variability. Rainfall erosivity has been analysed by means of the Modified Fournier Index (MFI). Data analysis has been undertaken using Geographical Information Systems techniques.-
