dc.descriptionon run speed and height of Gulien’s gymnast adolescent boys; with respect to theiranthropometric characteristics. 36 boys with average age of 9/17±1/42 yr; height of134/15±6/52 cm; and weight of 29/1±6/96 kg participated in this study. They randomly dividedinto three groups (power; plyometric; and the group had focused on the skill performance jumpmovement). Two days before start the training program; pre-test to evaluate the level of theperformance by means of video based system. The Anthropometric features and the hypodermicfatness are measured. Then; the six weeks designed programs are applied. At the same time; thegroup that had focused on the skill performance was asked to do just the exercise of jumpmovement. After six week the post-test were performed in same environment. For thebiomechanical analysis; Ulid11 and AutoCAD were used. For statistical analysis; two sidedvariance and the analysis of co-variance are used. The results showed six week power trainingand polymeric increased significantly the angle; height and somersault release speed and runspeed.-
