Plyometric drills usually involve stopping; starting; and changing directionsin an explosive manner. For this purpose; 16men bodybilders randomly divided to twohomogenous experimental and control groups. After the accomplishment of agility andanaerobic power test; the experimental group participated in the 4 week selected plyometrictraining (3 sessions per week) and then this test repeated.-
