Description: This research is going to see the effect of an 8-wk endurance training program on MuscularPower; Agility and Balance in Soccer Players. For doing this 18 soccer players of GilanGharbleague were selected randomly the age; weight; height and body mass index (BMI( average ofsubjects was 24/08 ± 4/56 years; 176/28 ± 5/12 cm; 71/11 ± 9/41 kg; 22/88 kg/m2 . themethod used here was semiexperimental including pre test; post test and control group. Thesubjects pre tested for physical efficiency index (Harvard step test); Muscular power (standingbroad jump); agility (4´ 9 meter) and balance (stroke stand test) testes. After that the subjectsof experimental group (n =18) took part in selected endurance exercise three times a week foreight weeks. Each session was 90 minutes including 10 min warming up; 30 min run with 60percent VO2 Max; 50 min technique and tactics reviewing also playing football. While thecontrol group did nothing. After 8 weeks the subject post tested. The pre-test and post-testresults were compared. In order to analyse the data we used t-test with the spss15/5 thesignificant level considered was (α=0/5). The results showed that 8-wk endurance exercisecaused meaningful increase in mean of muscular power (p<0/05); agility mean (p<0/05) andbalance mean (p<0/05) in soccer players.
