Description:	The juridical edification arrangement Law has been completed bringing up to date the 1.591 article of the Civil Code; the approval of an Edification Law Project in 1995, culminated with the later development, under the Public Works Ministry's Housing , Architecture and Urbanism General Office, in January 1999 The new text was finally approved in October of the same year, and was published like a Law, in November 6th, 1999.<br><br>Se completa y amplía la ordenación jurídica de la edificación, actualizando el artículo 1.591 del Código Civil; la aprobación de un Proyecto de Ley de Ordenación de la Edificación en 1995, culminó, con el posterior desarrollo, bajo la Dirección General de la Vivienda, la Arquitectura y el Urbanismo, del Ministerio de Fomento, de la Ley de Ordenación de la Edificación, en enero de 1999. El nuevo texto fue aprobado definitivamente en octubre de ese mismo año, publicándose, como Ley, el 6 de noviembre de 1999.
