| Description: | This article presents a study of structural efficiency of trusses taking into consideration the most usual typologies. The above mentioned efficiency is studied by means of two indexes, one of them in relation to the resistant efficiency and the other one in relation to the global efficiency, that also permits us to evaluate its behaviour from the point of view of deformations. This study is the result of calculus and dimensioning of more than 1000 girders of different conditions, regarding the chosen typology as well as the module size and the thickness used in the girder. The worked out diagrams give us a clear visualization of the behaviour of various analyzed structures and the effect of variation of design conditions upon them. As a consequence, the conclusions resulting from the behaviour diagrams constitute a tool of great usefulness for qualitative evaluation of the effect that have the analyzed parameters which would serve as an orientation for the project maker to choose the ideal solution.<br><br>En el presente artículo se aborda el estudio del rendimiento estructural de vigas de celosía considerando las tipologías más usuales. Dicho rendimiento se estudia a través de dos índices, uno relativo al rendimiento resistente y el otro al rendimiento global, lo que nos permite valorar además su comportamiento desde el punto de vista de las deformaciones. El estudio es el resultado del cálculo y dimensionado de más de 1.000 vigas con diferentes condiciones, tanto en lo que respecta a la tipología escogida como al tamaño de módulo y canto empleados en la viga. Las gráficas elaboradas permiten una clara visualización del comportamiento de las diversas estructuras analizadas y de la incidencia que, en las mismas, tiene la variación de sus condiciones de diseño. En consecuencia, las conclusiones resultantes de las gráficas de comportamiento constituyen una herramienta de gran utilidad para la valoración cualitativa de la incidencia que tienen los parámetros analizados, de forma que sirvan de orientación al proyectista en la elección de la solución idónea. |
