| dc.description | The project "Sea of Trafalgar" was conceived with the objective to take advantage of the natural resources the gulf of Cadiz, of a clean, sustainable form and with little or null environmental repercussion, settling down as it bases of the mentioned development the advantage of the enormous aeolian potential that displays the areas that they surround to the Straight of Gibraltar bounded to offshore electrical wind generation were considered in parallel way, other vectors of development, being the impulse of a modern aquaculture in open sea and the regeneration of the traditional places for casting fishing-nets were the best alternatives selected to profit the excellent bioclimatic conditions of the gulf of Cadiz. The group of all this considerations in a single performance does that the project "Sea of Trafalgar" appears to the vanguard of the present technological development, not telling on any type of referring to European nor world-wide level.<br><br>El proyecto "Mar de Trafalgar" fue concebido con el objetivo de aprovechar íntegramente los recursos naturales del golfo de Cádiz, de una forma limpia, sostenible y con escasa o nula repercusión ambiental, estableciéndose como base del citado desarrollo el aprovechamiento del enorme potencial eólico que presentan las áreas que circundan al Estrecho de Gibraltar. Íntimamente ligado a la aerogeneración eléctrica offshore se plantearon, de forma paralela, otros vectores de desarrollo, siendo el impulso de una moderna acuicultura en mar abierto y la regeneración de los caladeros artesanales de pesca las alternativas seleccionadas para la internalización de las excelentes condiciones bioclimáticas del golfo gaditano. El agrupamiento de toda esta batería de consideraciones en una sola actuación hace que el proyecto "Mar de Trafalgar" se presente a la vanguardia del desarrollo tecnológico actual, no contando con ningún tipo de referentes a nivel europeo ni mundial. | - |
