Objectives of the project included: * characterizing formal and informal existing communication methods used by the FMC and the CMRFC, * identifying the current state of communication between the FMC and CMRFC, * determining each communities perceived effectiveness of the current communication methods, * Identifying barriers to communication between the FMC and the CMRFC, and * identifying ways to improve the current state of communication between the communities.
